Feary Herbal Beauty Parlour

Our shop is number 4 in the Sankheshwar Complex at Majura Gate. It is a very busy part of Surat, so there is always something going on outside the door. We have been here for a while now, just doing our thing with hair and skin stuff every day. We use herbal things mostly because that is what we know and what we are used to. It is not a very big space, just enough for a few chairs and the cupboards where we keep our supplies. People from the offices nearby or the ladies living around Majura Gate usually drop in. Sometimes it gets crowded in the afternoons, especially on weekends when everyone has their time off. We just handle things as they come. There is no big team here, just us making sure everyone gets their turn without waiting too long in the heat. The complex is easy to find once you are at the gate area. We keep the door open mostly to let some air in, though the city noise comes in too. It is a practical place. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy lights. Most of our tools are the ones we have used for a long time and trust. We do a lot of threading and henna hair colors. People seem to like the simple way we do things here without any fuss. If the shop is full, people just sit on the bench and wait their turn while chatting.
