Devkunj Milk Product Private Limited

Sayan is where all the industrial action is. We are at number 88 in the Gokul Industrial Estate. Devkunj Milk Product is our small operation. It’s mostly about milk and dairy. You can imagine it gets pretty busy early in the morning. The trucks come in before the sun is even up. We have to be there to meet them. The industrial estate is always humming with noise from the other factories. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where work gets done. We handle a lot of crates and refrigerated units. Sometimes the cooling system acts up and we have to fix it ourselves. We aren't experts at everything, but we’ve learned over the years. My uncle started this, and now we just keep it going. It’s a simple life. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over some snacks. Surat is a big market for milk, so we are always busy. The Gokul estate has a lot of units, but people know us at 88. We just try to keep the milk fresh and the deliveries on time. It’s hard work, and your clothes always smell a bit like the dairy, but it’s a good living. We don't ask for much more than that. The gate at the estate is a bit rusty, but it opens every morning for us.
