Decent Parlour

Decent Parlour is up on the second floor of Shivam Apartment. We are right on the Main Road in Athwalines, which is a busy part of Surat. Being in room 201 means you have to walk up the stairs, but most people don't mind much. We’ve been here for a good few years now. The space isn't huge, but we've squeezed in everything we need to get the job done. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes in these older buildings. I usually have one or two girls helping me with the customers. We handle hair cutting and some skin treatments. It gets quite noisy outside with the traffic from the main road, but inside it’s okay once the door is shut. Most of our clients are people working in the nearby offices or living in the apartments around Athwalines. We don't have any flashy lights or big posters. It's just a regular shop where you can get your hair done. I try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we are busy. We use the same brands we’ve used for years because we know how they work. It's just a honest little business. We don't try to be something we aren't.
