Dairy Cream

We've been here at the N V K Mansion on Kanakapura Main Road for a good while now. It’s right near the Uppinakayi Bus Stop, so we see a lot of people coming and going every day. It gets pretty busy around here when the buses pull up, especially in the afternoons when it's hot. The shop itself isn't fancy or anything. We just keep the freezers running and try to make sure there's enough Dairy Cream for everyone who stops by. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is a bit much, but you get used to the noise. We open up early and stay till late evening most days. People usually just grab something while they're waiting for their ride. Being near Yelachenahalli means we get a lot of locals who live right around the corner too. I guess you could say it’s a simple setup. We don't spend much time on decorations because most of the work is just keeping things clean and checking the stock. If you’re walking past the Katargam Darwaja area, you’ll probably spot us. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. It's just a regular place where you can get a cold treat. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets crowded. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the bus stop stays the same. It's a decent spot to be. We just do our thing and hope people like what they get. It's mostly just about staying open and keeping things cold.
