Charmy Beauty Parlour

Charmy Beauty Parlour is located at Shop No 7 on Anand Mahal Road in the Adajan area. We are right opposite the Mahalaxmi Temple, so I can often hear the bells during the morning prayers. It’s a nice sound to start the day with. We are also quite near Shivani Park, which is where many people go for walks in the evening. Everything inside is kept pretty basic. I have a few chairs and all the basic stuff like combs, scissors, and creams. I started this place because I wanted to work near home. Most of the women who visit us live in the nearby apartments or are just passing through after visiting the temple. It’s a friendly neighborhood, and people often stop by just to say hello or ask about a price. I don't have a big team or anything, just me and occasionally a helper when things get busy during the wedding season. The floor is a bit old, but I keep it clean. Sometimes the door sticks a little when it’s humid, so you have to give it a good push. I’ve thought about fixing it, but it’s become a bit of a habit now. Being in Adajan is good because everything is close by. We don't have fancy lights or big posters, just a plain shop where we get the work done. It’s been here for years and feels like part of the street. It’s just how I like it.
