Bhawani Ice Cream

Bhawani Ice Cream is tucked away in Shop No. P-16 at Ratan Chembar. We are right near the Ratan Cinema in Salabatpura. It’s a lively part of town, and there’s always noise from the street and the moviegoers. We’ve been in this shop for quite some time. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent managing the inventory and making sure the cooling units are running right. If one of them stops, it’s a real headache for us. We don’t use any complicated business strategies. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day. People coming out of the cinema often stop by, so our hours can be a bit late. It gets tiring, but we’re used to the rhythm of the city. We’ve had to fix the flooring and paint the walls ourselves a few times. It’s that kind of place. We don’t have a corporate office or a spokesperson. It’s just the staff here behind the counter. We try to keep things simple and straightforward. Salabatpura is a tough place to run a business sometimes, but we’ve managed to stick around. We just keep doing our thing and hope people like what we have in the freezer. It is a lot of work, but we are used to the grind by now. There is always a pile of boxes to break down and move out to the back.
