Baskin Robbins

This is our shop on Anand Mahal Road, in Sector 24 over by the Shree Nagar Society, unit 201. Even though it’s a big name, we run this place like any other local shop in the neighborhood. It’s just a small space where we keep the freezers going all day and night. The road outside is always busy, and being near Shree Nagar Society means we get a lot of families coming in after they finish their dinner. It’s a nice change from the busy street noise. We spend a lot of our time just cleaning the glass and making sure the floor isn't sticky. It’s a lot of work to keep an ice cream shop tidy when there are kids around. We aren't a big corporate office; we are just the people behind the counter. Sometimes the freezer makes a strange noise and we have to fix it, or we run out of the most popular flavors because it was a hot Sunday. That’s just how it goes. We know a lot of the parents who live in the society nearby. They stop by to talk while their kids are picking out what they want. It’s a decent spot to work, and we like being on Anand Mahal Road. We just keep the lights on and the ice cream cold for whenever someone feels like having something sweet. It can get stressful when there's a long line, but we manage.
