We are located at shops 1 and 2 in the Devi Krupa Shopping Centre. This is on Puna Simada Road in the Nana Varaccha part of Surat. We are very close to Shyam Dham Chowk, which is a major landmark for everyone around here. Having two shop units joined together gives us a bit more space to move around, which helps when we have several people waiting at once. We handle both hair and beauty, so the shop usually smells like a mix of talcum powder and hair spray. It’s a busy place. The traffic near the chowk is pretty heavy, so there is always something to look at out the front door. We have some older chairs that have been with us since we started, and they are still the best ones we have. The morning routine is always the same: open the doors, dust the shelves, and put on the lights. Many of our customers are like friends because they have been coming to see us for years. We talk about family, work, and the local cricket matches. Nana Varaccha is a hardworking neighborhood, and we fit right in with that. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some pictures of different styles so people can point to what they want. It’s a practical shop for practical people. We just try to make sure everyone leaves feeling a bit better than when they walked in.
