Baba Pan Perfumes & Cd Palace General Store is a bit of a mix of everything, located at Varachha Road 13. We started out just selling a few things, but over time, we added more and more until the shop became what it is today. You can find perfumes here, along with CDs, which some people still look for, and the usual general store items like snacks or soap. It is a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we try to fit a lot of stock into a small space. The smell of the perfumes mixes with everything else, giving the place a unique scent. Varachha Road is a busy area, so we get all kinds of people walking through the door at all hours. Some just want a quick item, while others like to browse the CDs for a while. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, so we keep a small ladder handy to reach the top. It is not a very modern store, but it has a lot of character and history. We have had the same sign out front for years, and it has started to peel at the edges from the rain. My family helps run the place, so there is always a familiar face behind the counter. We don't really follow a strict schedule, but we are usually here from early morning until late at night.
