Amol Ice Cream And Kulfi Parlour

You can find us in Shivaji Nagar, over in the Limbayat area. We are tucked away right behind Avani Nagar. It’s a local neighborhood and we know most of the people who live on this street. The parlour is a simple setup. We have the freezers for the ice cream and then the specific ones for the kulfi. Kulfi needs to stay very cold so we are always checking the temperatures. The shop is small but it serves its purpose. We have a few benches outside where people like to sit and talk. In the evenings, it gets quite lively with neighbors catching up. We don't have any big advertisements or glowing signs. Most of our regulars are people who live within walking distance. We start our day by cleaning everything and checking what needs to be restocked. It’s a fairly quiet life running a parlour here. Sometimes the kids from the nearby houses come in and we have to manage the crowd. We just keep things moving and make sure the place stays clean. There is no corporate structure here, just us working the counter and making sure the machines are plugged in. The weather affects us a lot because when it rains, fewer people come out. But when it’s hot, we are busy from morning until night. We like being part of this little community in Limbayat. It is a good place to be for us and we just keep on going every day without much fuss.
