Ambika Hair Art

Down here at Shop No. 2 in the Akahs Darshan Apartment, things stay pretty steady for us at Ambika Hair Art. We are located right on Katargam Road, which is always full of life and traffic. If you are looking for us, we are just opposite Kolla Desai Ni Khadaki. It is a busy little corner of Katargam. The shop is tucked into the ground floor of the apartment building. We have been here in Surat 395004 for a good bit of time. Every morning we roll up the shutters and let the air in. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty from the road, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and the counters. It is just a regular shop with a few chairs and some sharp tools. People come in from the nearby houses mostly. We know their names and what they usually want when they sit down. It is not a place with a lot of noise, just the sound of the clippers and the radio playing some music in the background. We keep things moving and try to make sure nobody waits too long on the bench. There is a small sink in the back for washing up. We do not really do anything fancy here. It is just a local spot for a haircut. The street outside is always noisy with bikes, but inside it feels okay.
