Ambica Medical

Ambica Medical is located in Shop No-A-12 at the Shreeji Complex. We are right by the vegetable market on Katargam Road, so it stays very loud and busy outside our door most of the time. You can hear the vendors calling out and the motorbikes zipping past all day. Our shop is a typical local pharmacy where we stock a bit of everything that people might need for their health. We have shelves lined with vitamins, cough syrups, and all the usual stuff you find in a neighborhood medical store. Being near the market means we get a lot of foot traffic. People stop in after they finish their grocery shopping to pick up their regular pills. We spend a lot of time checking expiry dates and making sure we haven't run out of the common medicines that people ask for. It’s a small space in A-12, but we make it work by stacking things high. The Shreeji Complex is an older building, so it has that lived-in feel to it. We open up early in the morning just as the market is starting to get going. There is always a bit of dust coming in from the road, so we have to wipe down the counters pretty often. It’s just us doing our daily routine, helping out whoever walks through the door with a prescription or a question about a basic health product. It gets busy but we are used to it.
