Ambica Hair Art & Parluar

Ambica Hair Art & Parluar is located in Amber Colony, which is part of Harinagar 1 in the Udhna area of Surat. We are right across from the Arihant Complex. I know the name on the sign says "Parluar" with a bit of a different spelling, but that’s just how it’s been since the start. Udhna is a busy industrial and residential mix, and we get people from all over. My shop is a modest place where we focus on hair and general beauty stuff. It’s not the kind of place with velvet curtains or expensive coffee, just a few sturdy chairs and a place to wash hair. I’ve spent many years in Harinagar, and I’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The shop is usually filled with the sound of scissors snipping and people talking about their day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but everyone is patient. We do haircuts, styling, and the usual parlour things that ladies in the colony need. I take pride in keeping my tools sharp and my workspace as tidy as I can. It’s a lot of standing on my feet all day, but I don't mind it. People here in Amber Colony are friendly, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture in the street. If you need a simple trim or some threading, we are here in the middle of it all.
