Akshar Ice Cream

You can find us at Shop No- 13 on Pedar Road in Mota Varachha. It’s a lively part of the city with plenty of people walking by. Our shop is just one of many along this stretch of road. We spend most of our time behind the counter or in the small back room where we keep everything. It’s a compact space, so we have to be very organized, or we’d run out of room fast. The morning starts with us cleaning the glass and checking the freezers. Pedar Road gets very busy in the evenings, and that’s when we have to work the fastest. It can get a bit stressful when a lot of people show up at once, but we just take them one by one. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous place. We just want to keep the shop running well. The neighbors at the other shops are friendly, and we often help each other out. Sometimes the street noise is so loud we have to raise our voices to be heard. We’ve got some scuff marks on the walls and the furniture isn't brand new, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure the shop is open when we say it will be. It’s a regular life for us here in Mota Varachha, just doing our thing and seeing what the day brings.
