Ispat Shisu Vidyalaya

Ispat Shisu Vidyalaya is located in the Panposh area of Rourkela, specifically at Khariyabahal on Panposh Road. This is a very well-known part of the city, especially for people who have lived here for a long time. The school is not tucked away; it is right there where the community can reach it easily. We have kids coming in from the nearby housing colonies every morning. The building is a bit older, and the paint might be peeling in a few corners, but it is a sturdy place. We have classrooms that are filled with wooden desks and blackboards. Our teachers are mostly locals who have been part of Rourkela for decades. They know the families and the history of the area. We don't have any high-tech gadgets in every room. We just use what we have to teach the children their basic lessons. The playground is a bit dusty, but the kids don't seem to mind when they are playing during their break time. We spend our days managing the schedule and making sure everyone is where they should be. It is a lot of routine work, like checking uniforms and marking attendance. Sometimes things go wrong, like a fan stops working or we run out of chalk, but we just fix it and move on. It is a humble place, and we are just here to do our jobs for the local kids.
