Natesan Housing (P) Limited is located over at No: 61 on 6th Cross in Ganapathi Nagar. If you know the TV Koil area in Srirangam, you know it’s a peaceful spot near Trichy. Our office is right there in the middle of the residential streets. It’s a quiet place to work, which we like. We mostly deal with housing projects around this part of Srirangam. We’ve got a small team, and most of us have lived in Trichy our whole lives. We don't go for big, flashy displays. Instead, we have a few desks and some photos of the houses we’ve finished hanging on the walls. The 6th Cross street is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes, but we make it work. Usually, neighbors just walk over if they have a question about a plot or a new building. We spend our mornings checking on sites and our afternoons back at Ganapathi Nagar doing the billing and paperwork. It’s a steady pace of life here. We don't use any of those fancy corporate words. We just build houses and try to do a decent job of it. Sometimes the temple bells from TV Koil are loud enough to hear in the office, which is a nice reminder of where we are. It’s just us, doing our thing in a corner of Trichy. It is a good place to be.
