Our office is tucked away in Thillai Nagar, specifically at D-24 on 7th Cross in the West Extension. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, though you get the usual neighborhood noise during the mornings. We’ve been handling property matters from this little spot for a good bit now. It’s not a huge operation with dozens of staff members. Usually, it’s just a couple of us here making sure the records are straight and talking to people who drop by. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get the work done. We handle a lot of the local property stuff in this part of Trichy. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking over documents that seem to pile up no matter how much we file them away. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We just try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is moving along, we keep track of it, and if someone is looking for a place, we tell them what we have. It’s a very local way of doing things, and that seems to suit the people who come in. We’re usually here until the evening, just keeping the lights on and doing the work that needs to be done for the day.
