We are located on New Bazaar Street in Ponneri. It is a busy market area where there is always something going on. Annai Infra Developers Ltd. might sound like a big name, but we are just a local team working on land and building projects around this region. We spend a lot of time out in the sun at various sites, so the office on Bazaar Street is usually where we come back to cool off and handle the paperwork. Ponneri is changing quite a bit with more people moving in from the city side. We try to help out by developing plots and looking into infrastructure needs for the local community. It is a slow process, especially when you have to deal with various government clearances and land records. We aren't into fancy presentations or polished sales pitches. Most of our clients are local families or small investors who know us by name. Our desks are usually piled high with site plans and surveyor reports. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes when multiple projects are happening at once, but we enjoy the work. We try to be as practical as possible. If a plot has drainage issues, we say so. We would rather have a happy neighbor than a quick sale. It’s just about being honest and putting in the hours every day to get the buildings finished on time. That is really all there is to it.
