We are located right on Boulevard Road in Srinagar. If you know the area, you know it’s right by the water and the view is something else, though we are usually too busy inside to look at it much. K.S.A has been around this part of Kashmir for a while. It’s a bit different working here compared to the big cities down south. Things move a bit differently, especially when the weather gets cold. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a functional space where we handle our business affairs. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few local people who know how things work in Srinagar. We deal with a bit of everything that comes through the door. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other days it’s quite hectic with people stopping by. We don't go in for fancy marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just provide what’s needed and keep things honest. The road outside is always busy with tourists and locals, but once you step inside, it’s just a regular workplace. We have our old heaters for the winter and a kettle that’s almost always on. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it works for us. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s easy for people to find us. We just take it day by day and do the work that’s expected.
