You can find us on the third floor of the Dabla Complex in Amirakadal. We’ve been here in Srinagar for some time now. The office is tucked away, so you have to walk up the stairs or take the lift to find us. We work as consultants, helping people with various things they need to get done, mostly regarding their future plans or paperwork. It’s a plain office with some desks and a lot of folders. The view from the window isn't much, just the busy streets of Amirakadal below. Jammu and Kashmir can be a bit unpredictable with the weather, so some days it’s quite cold in here, and we have to keep the tea going all day long. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know the local area well. People from the city come to us because they know we will give them a straight answer without any fluff. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons meeting with whoever drops by. The Dabla Complex is an older building, and you can hear the sounds of the market all day long. We have a small electric heater for the winters, which is essential around here. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we've learned to be patient. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Srinagar. We just want to be the one people trust because we don't use fancy talk. We just take it one day at a time.
