We are Early Bird Tours & Travels, based out of Exchange Road in Lalchowk. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. No big signs or flashing lights, just a place where we get work done. People often ask why we chose Lalchowk, and the answer is just that it’s central. Everyone passes through here eventually. We focus on getting the logistics of travel right. This means spending a lot of time on the computer or the phone making sure things are actually booked. We aren't into the whole corporate vibe. When you come into our office on Exchange Road, you’re just talking to regular people who happen to know a lot about travel routes and costs. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just want to make sure the cars show up on time and the rooms are actually available. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the maps and schedules, but we know where everything is. We handle the stuff that usually stresses people out when they try to do it themselves. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different providers, but that’s the job. We’ve been at this for some time now and we’ve learned that being honest works better than being fancy. If you're in Lalchowk, you're welcome to stop by.
