Our office for E Trip Advisors is right on the main road of Alamgari Bazar on the NH1. Being on the highway means we see a lot of travelers passing through every single day. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few computers and some maps pinned to the wall to help us out. People often stop by just to ask about bus timings or where to get a train ticket. It is a noisy spot because of the heavy trucks that roar past the window, but we are used to the sound by now. The bazar is always crowded with people buying things. We have been in this location for quite some time and we know all the local taxi guys and bus drivers. We do not have a fancy website with flashing lights or anything like that. We just talk to people who walk in. If they want to go somewhere, we look at the options together and figure it out. It is very direct. The office gets a bit cold in the winter months, so we use a small heater to stay warm. In the summer, we keep the door open so people can see we are open for business. We do not use corporate talk or complicated jargon. We just tell you the prices and what the trip will be like. Sometimes people just come in to chat about the road conditions on the NH1. It is a lively place to work and there is always something happening.
