Early Bird Tours Travels is located on Exchange Road, right in the Lalchowk area. If you know the city, you know Lalchowk is where everything happens. Being near the exchange means there’s always people moving around. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s a small group of us who know the travel business. We spend our mornings checking schedules and making sure our clients are on track. The office on Exchange Road is where we do all the dull but necessary stuff like filing permits and booking tickets. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it right. We don't put on an act for customers. We talk to you like a neighbor would. If a certain route is too long or a hotel isn't worth the money, we’ll say so. The area around Lalchowk can get pretty hectic, which is why we like having our base here. It keeps us in the loop. We deal with a lot of different types of trips, from short local runs to longer journeys. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up and handle the tasks as they come. We’ve had this spot for a while and the locals know us. We’re just here to make the travel part of your day a bit less of a struggle. It’s just us and our phones most of the time. We try to keep it simple.
