AYMEN HANDICRAFTS PRODUCER COMPANYLIMITED

We are based out of Farooq Ahmad Sheikh’s place, which is house number 101, known as Noora House. It’s in Kanisooth Colony in the Singhpora area of Pattan. If you are traveling through Baramulla, you’ll find us in this little corner of Jammu and Kashmir. Aymen Handicrafts is the name of our producer company. We aren't some big industrial outfit with machines. It’s mostly just a group of us working together in this house. The colony is a decent place, pretty quiet for the most part. We have some rooms set aside for all the handicraft work we do. It gets quite cold in the winter, so we usually have the heaters going while we work to keep our hands moving. We don't have a professional office setup with a receptionist or anything fancy like that. It’s just Farooq’s house and our workspace. We spend our days dealing with the materials and making sure everything is moving along as it should. People in Singhpora know where Noora House is, so we don't need much of a sign. We just focus on the craft and the daily tasks. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make things and stay busy here in Pattan. The neighbors are nice, and the routine stays pretty much the same.
