Kashwooltex Srinagar is situated in the Sir Syed Market area of Gogji Bagh. You can find us right opposite the Ellaquai Dehati Bank. It's a decent spot, though the parking can be a bit of a mess in the afternoons. We deal with a lot of wool and textiles here. Srinagar has its own way of doing business, and we try to stick to that. It’s about being reliable and showing up every day. The weather can be a bit unpredictable, which sometimes affects when we get our shipments, but we make do. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just shelves full of stock. We don't have a decorator or any fancy lights. Just plain bulbs so we can see the colors clearly. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know the textures and the weights of the fabrics just by touching them. It isn't a high-tech operation by any means. We use old ledgers mostly. People in the market know us as the place across from the bank. We handle local requests and some stuff that goes further out. It’s just how we earn a living. We aren't looking to be the biggest company around, just a steady one. That seems to be enough for us. We just keep the doors open and the tea hot. If someone stops by, we show them what is on the racks.
