Manikanth and Rao Hotels Private Limited is based out of a house address, specifically C/o Komanapalli Prabhavathi at 16-3-123/4A. It is a quiet residential street for the most part, though the mornings can get a bit lively with people heading out to work. We have been here for a while now. The address might look a bit complicated on paper, but once you are on the street, it’s just another door in the row. We do our work from here, mostly focused on the hotel side of things. Living and working in Andhra Pradesh means dealing with the humidity, but Srikakulam has its own charm. Our office isn’t much to look at, just desks and chairs and a few filing cabinets. We don’t really do big meetings or anything corporate like that. Usually, it's just us answering calls or checking on the properties we deal with. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is decent. People in the neighborhood are friendly and they often stop to chat. It’s a local business run by local people who know the area well. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just want to get the job done and go home to our families at the end of the day. That is the way we like it. We hope to stay here for many more years to come because this place feels like home.
