Hotel Neelima

Hotel Neelima is situated in the Sugar Cane Society Building. It’s a bit of a unique location because we are right there with the local association. The pin code is 532558, and it’s a place where a lot of people involved in the local farming industry come to stay. The building itself is quite sturdy and looks like many of the other cooperative structures in this part of the country. We don’t have any fancy landscaping or a big garden, just the concrete area where people park their bikes. Inside, the rooms are straightforward. We provide clean sheets and a working fan, which is what most of our guests are looking for after a long day in the fields or at meetings. I’ve worked here for a few years now, and I’ve gotten to know the regular faces who come by every harvest season. The lobby has a few wooden benches where people sit and talk about the weather or the crop prices. We don't have a computerized check-in; we just write everything down in the register. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the society has a big meeting. Then every room is full and the hallways are noisy with talk. We just focus on keeping the place running smoothly for everyone who needs us. It's not a complicated operation, just a place for people to rest.
