Our group is based in Muppavaram Village, which is part of the J.Panguluru Mandalam. You can find us at D.No.4-55, right on the Main Road. Since we are a farmer producer company, being right in the village makes the most sense for us. The local farmers are always coming by to talk about their harvests or to see what is happening with the company. It’s a very communal atmosphere here. Our building isn't anything fancy, just a solid place on the main road where we can gather and talk. There is always a lot of activity in Muppavaram, especially during the planting and harvesting seasons. We keep a simple set of books and try to make sure everything is fair for everyone involved. It is not always easy running a business like this with so many different people, but we manage to get through the work day by day. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures for us. We just rely on the fact that everyone in the mandalam knows where we are and what we are trying to do for the local growers. Most days involve a lot of sitting on the porch area and discussing the weather or the price of seeds. It is a very direct way of doing things, and it works for us in this village. We just keep moving forward with the work we have in front of us.
