Sometimes we have meetings at 1-94 to decide on what to buy or how to fix a problem. It’s all very down-to-earth. We aren't experts in business, we are experts in the soil. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind. That’s how things go around here in our part of the world. There is always something to fix or a field that needs looking at before the sun goes down.
