We’ve been based out of Narrawavada Village for some time now. You can find us at house number 3-292, right here in the Duttalurmandal area of Sri Potti Sriramulu district. It’s a quiet place, mostly fields and dusty roads, but that’s where the work is. Our days start early because the sun gets too hot by noon. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the land pretty well. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle the development side of the agriculture around this part of the country. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain doesn’t show up when it’s supposed to, but we just keep going. People stop by to talk about the crops or how the season is looking. It’s a simple life, really. We spend a lot of time looking at the soil and trying to figure out how to make things grow better without making things complicated. There isn't much to say about us other than we are local people working on local land. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty every single day. We don’t use big words or have meetings that last forever. We just look at what needs doing in the fields and then we go out and try to get it done as best as we can manage with what we have for now.
