Urza Krishi Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located at Rz-25A/1 in Gali No. 34, Indra Park, over in the South West Delhi area. It’s specifically in the Desu Gali. Even though we are in the middle of a big city like Delhi, we are a farmer producer company. It sounds a bit strange to some, but we act as the bridge between the rural farms and the urban market. Our office is tucked away in a narrow street, and it’s always filled with records and samples from the fields outside the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone or traveling back and forth to meet with the farmers who are part of our group. It is a bit chaotic trying to manage agricultural logistics from a place like New Delhi, with all the traffic and the noise. We don't have a big corporate setup; it’s just a plain room where we get the work done. Some days are spent dealing with government forms, and other days we are trying to find buyers for the latest harvest. We aren't experts in marketing; we are just people who understand how hard it is to make a living from the land. We try to make things a bit easier for the growers by handling the business side of things here in the city. It is a lot of coordination and late nights, but we just keep at it because the work is important for everyone.
