Celestial Farmfoods (Opc) Private Limited is located at B 105 in Prerna Apartment. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a one-person show mostly, though there's usually someone helping out with the chores. Dwarka Sector-10 is a nice enough area, and working out of an apartment keeps the overhead low. I spend most of my time trying to figure out the best way to get fresh food from the farms to the city kitchens. It’s a lot of trial and error. The living room is basically the headquarters. You’ll see boxes of samples and plenty of notebooks scattered around. It’s not a corporate environment by any stretch of the imagination. I started this because I have a thing for good food and wanted to see if I could make a business out of it. Some days are really quiet, and I wonder if I’m getting anywhere, then suddenly the phone starts ringing off the hook. It’s a bit of a roller coaster. I handle everything from the cleaning to the accounting. It’s exhausting but it feels good to own something. The neighbors are used to seeing delivery bikes coming and going. I try to keep things tidy, but when a big shipment comes in, the hallway gets a bit crowded. It’s just how it goes when you’re starting small and trying to grow something real. I just hope the food tastes as good as it looks when it arrives.
