We are located at Rz-73, Street No-3, right across from Janak Cinema in Raghu Nagar. Palam Colony is a busy neighborhood and being near the cinema means there is always a crowd around our area. At Yamal Holidays, we spend our days talking to people about where they want to go for their next break. It is a small office and we have maps and travel brochures pinned up everywhere. We are not one of those big online travel sites; we are just a local spot where you can sit down and talk to someone face-to-face. We handle the usual stuff like hotel bookings, flight tickets, and holiday packages. Sometimes the street gets noisy with people coming out of the movies, but we like the energy. We started this because we enjoy travel ourselves and we wanted to help our neighbors in Palam Colony see a bit more of the world. It is a lot of work keeping up with all the changes in travel rules, but we do our best. We do not have a flashy storefront, just a simple sign and a couple of desks. Most of our customers are families from the area who have been coming to us for years. We know their names and where they went last summer. It is a personal way of doing things and it suits us. We are just regular people working in Raghu Nagar, trying to make travel a bit less of a headache for everyone else who comes in.
