We’ve been operating from this spot for a good while. The office isn't very large, but we managed to fit all our gear and files inside. We focus on adventure trips, so there’s often a stray backpack or a map lying around on the table. We spend a lot of time talking to guides and checking weather reports in different regions. It’s not a corporate setup where everyone wears suits. Usually, we are in jeans and just trying to keep up with the emails. The shopping centre has a bit of a slow pace, which suits us just fine. People drop by to ask about trekking or where to go for a quiet weekend, and we just give them the honest details of what to expect. Sometimes things go wrong with bookings and we have to spend hours on the phone fixing it, but that's just how the business is. We like being tucked away here in Malcha Marg. It feels like a small community. We don’t do big fancy advertisements; we just sit here, do our work, and hope the trips we plan turn out okay for everyone involved.
