Our place is right on the Vasant Kunj Main Road, which means we see a lot of traffic every single day. Wedding Functions has been operating from here for some time now. It’s a busy area, but it’s convenient for people to drop in. Planning weddings is mostly about dealing with a thousand small details that people don't really see. We spend most of our time on the phone or sitting around the table trying to figure out logistics. It can get pretty stressful when dates get close, but that's just how this business goes. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work around here. The road outside is always noisy, but inside we just focus on getting the arrangements right. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are in the office. It’s not just about the big day itself; there’s weeks of prep that happen right here in this room. We’ve seen all sorts of requests, some simple and some that take a lot of head-scratching. We just take it one step at a time. Living and working in Vasant Kunj has its ups and downs, mostly the commute, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just a reliable one that people can talk to easily. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we're here.
