V Square Event Mgmnt

Our office is located at H-25 in Green Park Main, right near the Cafe Coffee Day. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easy for people to find us. We mostly handle event management from this spot. The office isn't very large, just a couple of rooms where we keep our computers and all the folders for our different projects. Having the coffee shop nearby is actually pretty handy for when we need a break or a quick place to meet someone informally. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, looking at floor plans and making lists of things we need to rent for upcoming dates. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes the stress levels can get a bit high, but we’ve all been doing this for long enough that we know how to handle it. We don't have any polished brochures or a big sales team. It’s just us doing the work and keeping things moving. The walls are a bit bare, and the carpet is starting to show some wear and tear, but it’s a functional workspace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want to have a place where we can focus on the logistics. Usually, there’s a lot of chatter about vendors and timings going on. It’s a very grounded, local operation and we like being part of the Green Park community.
