Team Xpo

We set up at Plot No. 7. It's mostly just us handling things for people who need help with their setups. Usually, it's busy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the paperwork done and keep the gear. Sometimes we stay late because things come up last minute. That's just how this kind of work goes. People ask what we do exactly, and it's mostly making sure things are where they need to be. We've been around a while now. The team is small, but everyone knows their job. We don't really do big meetings. We just talk about what needs doing today and go do it. It gets dusty sometimes with all the crates and stuff moving in and out. Plot No. 7 is easy to find if you know the area. We have some regulars who stop by to check on their stuff. It’s a lot of physical labor and checking lists. If something breaks, we fix it. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. If the door is open, someone is probably in the back working on a frame or sorting through cables. It’s loud sometimes. We like it that way because it means we are actually getting things done. We keep things pretty straightforward here.
