Sun Telecom Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Neb Sarai, right on the main Ignou Road. We are pretty close to Sent Robin Public School, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Also, we are basically opposite Saket, so it’s a familiar area for most locals. Our building is at number 131. It’s a typical neighborhood setup where everyone kind of knows each other. We do our telecom work from here every day. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us working in the office. The road outside can get a bit congested when school lets out, but we are used to that by now. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling service requests and technical stuff. We try to keep things organized, but like any real office, it gets a bit messy when we are busy. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, answer the phones, and deal with whatever telecom issues are on the schedule for the day. It’s a honest way to earn a living. The space is simple and functional, which is all we really need. If you’re walking down Ignou Road towards the school, you’ll see us there. We’ve been in this part of Neb Sarai for a bit and it feels like home to the business now.
