Our office and factory are located over in the Naraina Industrial Area at Paramount House, C-125. It is a pretty loud part of town because there is always some kind of construction or heavy truck moving nearby. We make cables and wires here. It’s a lot of metal, plastic, and big machinery running through the day. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and it fits everything we need to do. Most of our staff have been working here for a long time, so we all know each other’s families and stories. It’s not a corporate environment where everyone wears a suit. Usually, it’s just jeans and work shirts. We spend a lot of time double-checking the measurements on the wire reels because if those are off, nothing works right. The desks in the front office are usually covered in technical drawings and old coffee mugs. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone eating lunch or typing away on an old keyboard. We just focus on keeping the machines running and getting the shipments out to the people who ordered them. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. Sometimes the power goes out and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It is just a normal, hardworking place that has been part of this industrial neighborhood for years.
