Riddhi Telecom Pvt. Ltd. is located at B-62/13 in Phase-Ii of the Naraina Industrial Area. If you have ever been to Naraina, you know it’s a lot of trucks, warehouses, and small factories. Our building is one of those grey structures that looks like all the others on the block. We have been here for years, and the stairs are starting to show the wear. Inside, it’s a mix of an office and a storage space. We have racks of telecom equipment everywhere. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room to walk, but we manage. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some biscuits. The team is small, mostly people who have been in the industry for decades. We know our way around the hardware. The noise from the industrial units nearby can be a lot, but you get used to it after a week or two. Dealing with the logistics of moving gear in and out of Naraina is the hardest part of the job. We don't bother with marketing or trying to sound like a big multinational. We are just here in Naraina trying to handle the work that comes our way. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it is where we work. We don't mind the grime and the noise as long as the gear gets shipped and we can head home at the end of the day.
