Shri Sai Event Management

We are located at A-18 in Hauz Khas. It’s a famous neighborhood, but we’re in a quieter corner away from the main village shops. We do event management for all kinds of things. It could be a small birthday party at someone’s house or a bigger gathering for a company. We’ve been at this for several years now. It’s just a small group of us working out of the office. We don’t have a fancy reception or any slick presentations. Most of our work happens on our mobile phones or while we're out visiting venues. Hauz Khas is great, but parking is a nightmare, so we usually end up walking a lot. We handle everything from getting the chairs to making sure the music system works. It’s a lot of running around and checking on vendors. Sometimes things don’t go according to the plan, like a delivery getting stuck in traffic, but we always find a way to fix it. We don't use any fancy software to manage things; we just use a big diary and some sticky notes. People come to us because we're local and we don't overcomplicate things. We aren't trying to be a top-tier global agency. We just want the parties we manage to go well so people have a good time. It’s hard work and long hours, but seeing a finished setup is worth it. That’s basically us.
