We are Premium Kitchen & Catering Services and you can find us at C-41 in Chattarpur. Our days usually start before the sun is even up because that’s when the kitchen work really has to begin. Being at C-41, we have a decent amount of space, but it always feels a bit small once the stoves are going and everyone is moving around. Catering is hard work, mostly because of the heat and the long hours on your feet. We don't really have time for any polished corporate speeches or fancy marketing. We are usually too busy making sure the food is ready and the containers are packed up correctly. Chattarpur is a good place for us to be based. It’s got a bit of everything and it isn't too far from the places we usually have to go. We just focus on the basic stuff like chopping, cooking, and cleaning. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. The name Premium Kitchen & Catering Services is on our door, but inside it’s just a bunch of us working hard. We don't have a big office staff, just the people in the kitchen and the ones who help move the food around. We like keeping things simple and just doing our jobs day in and day out at our Chattarpur location. It's just a regular local kitchen doing regular work for people around here.
