Pali Chicken Point

If you go to Dwarka Sector 7, you will find us there. We mostly do grilled chicken and some curry dishes. It started off quite small, just a few tables and a tandoor. The smell of the charcoal is always on my clothes, no matter how much I wash them. That is just how it is when you work with fire all day. We get our meat fresh every morning and spend a few hours doing the marinations. If the spices aren't right, the taste isn't there, so we are careful about that part. Evenings are the busiest time. The smoke from the grill drifts down the street and that usually brings people in. We have some regulars who come every Friday night without fail. They like to sit outside when the weather is decent. It can get a bit chaotic when there are too many orders at once and the delivery drivers are all waiting at the counter. Sometimes we mix up an order, but we try to fix it quickly. We are just a bunch of guys trying to make a living in Dwarka. We don't have a big menu because we prefer to do a few things decently instead of trying to do everything. It is noisy and hot, but when the shop is full of people eating, it feels okay. We just keep the grill going until the last customer leaves.
