A L Jawahar Meat Shop is located at 14 Dwarka Sector 6 in the Centre Market at Supreme Plaza. This market is a busy place, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work and trying to figure out what to cook for dinner. We get here early in the morning to get everything set up and make sure the cuts are ready for the day. It is a small shop, and it can get quite cramped when a few people are standing inside at once. You can hear the sounds of the market all day long, people haggling over vegetables or cars trying to find a parking spot in the plaza. We know a lot of the families in Dwarka because they have been coming to us for their meat for a long time. It is a lot of physical work, lifting crates and cleaning down the surfaces constantly to keep things tidy. Sometimes we run out of certain items faster than we expected, especially on Sundays when everyone wants to make a big meal. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just talk to the people who walk through the door. The weather affects us a lot, as people don't like to come out when it's raining or too dusty. It is just a regular local butcher shop where we do our best to help the neighbors get what they need for their kitchens.
