Kfc

Our place is located at Rz 26 P/56 in Indra Park. Most folks around Palam Colony know where the Kfc is by now. It’s right there in New Delhi 110045, easy to find if you’re walking through the neighborhood. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. It gets pretty loud during lunch and dinner. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so it feels like a local spot even if the name is big. We keep the floor clean and the food moving. Indra Park is a crowded area, so there’s always something happening outside our doors. We don't do much fancy talk. We just show up, open the doors, and start cooking. Sometimes the line gets long, but we try to keep up. It’s a lot of work standing on your feet all day, but we’re used to it. The smell of chicken is always in the air. We’ve got a few tables for people who want to sit down and take a break from the heat. It’s just a regular fast-food job for us. No big speeches about goals or anything. We just make sure the orders are right and the place stays open. It's a busy corner of Delhi, and we're glad to be a part of it. Some days the delivery bikes are everywhere outside. We just keep frying and bagging till the shift ends. It's a living.
