New Rajdhani Travels

We are located at 13, Suvidha Market in Netaji Nagar. It’s a good spot, right near Chanakya Cinema and DCAC College. Being in a market like this means there is always noise and people rushing around. We focus on travel stuff, helping people figure out where they need to go and how to get there. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, looking at schedules and talking on the phone. The office isn't anything special to look at. It has some old maps on the wall and a lot of notebooks. We aren't a high-tech travel agency with fancy apps. We still do things the old-fashioned way a lot of the time because it works for us and our customers. Sometimes the computers act up or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve seen the travel business change a lot with the internet, but people still like coming in to talk to a real person. We don't have a scripted way of talking. We just tell you what's available and what's not. It’s a practical business and we try to keep it that way. Most days are pretty full, especially when holiday seasons come around. We just keep our heads down and try to get everyone where they need to be without too much trouble. It’s a lot of paperwork, but we are used to the grind by now.
