Maple Event Management Co

We’ve been working out of this spot in Mahipalpur for a while now. It’s right near Mata Chowk, which everyone around here knows is a busy part of Vasant Kunj. Being at K-6831 puts us in the middle of a lot of noise and activity, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We handle various events here at Maple Event Management Co. It is mostly just us dealing with the day-to-day logistics of planning things for people who come by. Some days are slower than others. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desk trying to get schedules right. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get the work done. People usually find us because they live nearby or they’ve seen the sign while driving past the chowk. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have a big team of suits, just a few of us who know how to put a function together without making a fuss about it. If you walk down the main road, you’ll see where we are. Dealing with traffic around here is probably the hardest part of the job. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the events we manage actually happen the way they are supposed to. It’s a lot of lists and checking things twice. That is basically what our life looks like here in this little corner of the city.
