Our office is up on the seventh floor of Somdutt Chamber-2. We are in rooms 703 and 704, right in the middle of Bhikaji Cama Place. It’s a busy area, but it’s a good spot for a travel company like ours. We spend most of our time looking at flights, hotels, and train schedules to help people get where they want to go. Magical Journeys started because we all liked to travel and figured we could help others do it too. It’s not always easy keeping track of all the different bookings, but we have a system that works for us. We handle the paperwork and the ticketing so you don't have to sit in front of a computer screen for hours. Sometimes the internet is slow or a flight gets canceled, and that’s when we really have to get to work. We aren't a massive corporation, just a team working out of these two rooms in the chamber. People come in to chat about their holiday plans or just to pick up their documents. We know the Bhikaji Cama area is a bit crowded with offices, but we've been here long enough that most locals know where to find us. We keep things pretty straightforward and try to stay on top of the details. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, but seeing someone head off on a trip makes the effort worth it for us. We aren't perfect, but we try hard to get the itineraries right every time.
