Our office is located at A-23 in Bhawani Kunj, which is part of Sector D-2 in Vasant Kunj. We are a private limited company, but the office feels more like a small family business. We handle various event services and the logistics that go with them. The room is usually full of files, old floor plans, and a lot of coffee mugs. We’ve been in Vasant Kunj for a long time. It’s a nice area, even if the parking can be a bit tricky for our visitors. We spend our time making calls to suppliers and making sure everyone is on the same page for upcoming events. We don't have a formal reception or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, you’ll just find us working at our desks. We deal with all the behind-the-scenes stuff like permissions and equipment lists. It’s a lot of paperwork, but it’s necessary to make sure things run right. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a plan for a weekend event. We don't have a big philosophy or a polished sales pitch. We just take the work as it comes and try to be reliable. The office can get a bit loud when we are all on the phone at the same time. It’s a busy environment, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We just focus on getting the job done without any extra fuss.
