Our setup here is in the Shivalik Apartments in Sector 6 of Dwarka. It’s actually a flat, number 18D, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate headquarters. We do a lot of our administrative work from here. It’s a quiet area for the most part, which is nice when you have to focus on reports or coordinating with the rest of the team in Delhi. Being in a residential building means we know the neighbors and the security guards at the gate. We don’t have a big lobby or a sign out front, so people usually have to call us to find the right door. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and boxes of files. We spend the morning catching up on emails and the afternoons usually involve more calls. Sometimes we have meetings around the dining table because it’s the biggest space we have. Dwarka is a good place to be because it’s organized, though the commute can be long if you're coming from other parts of the city. We don't really have a big staff here, just a few of us making sure things run smoothly. It’s a practical way to work without the overhead of a massive office building. We make our own tea and usually eat lunch together. It’s a low-key environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand. It might look like just another apartment from the outside, but there’s a lot of work happening behind the door. We prefer it this way.
